Optional Walk and Talk Sessions
This option is currently only avaliable for telehealth sessions.
Walk/talk combines traditional talk session with literal movement. You are able to walk and talk during your session using your phone.

Walk and Talk Therapy
Movement counseling offers traditional therapy as well as an option to incorporate walk/talk therapy. Walk/talk therapy combines traditional talk therapy with literal movement. While we are only offering Telehealth sessions you are still able to walk and talk during your session using the Telehealth app on your phone.
There's 2 types of energy potential energy and kinetic energy, energy neighther be created or destroyed it is just changing to a different form. When you take that first step you are transferring that potential energy to kinetic energy and kinetic energy is energy in motion.
